Es ist für unseren Verein ein wichtiges Anliegen, dass neben Lengai S. als einheimischer Projektkoordinator, nach Möglichkeit auch Vorstandsmitglieder den persönlichen Kontakt zu Vertretern der Distriktregierung pflegen. Deshalb besuchte Vereinspräsident Markus H. im März dieses Jahres die Distriktregierung im Simanjiro-Hauptort in Orkesumet. Bei diesem Besuch wurde die anstehende, offizielle Einweihung der neuen Zisterne beim Brunnen in Nyorrit durch Vertreter der Distriktregierung sowie die Planung weiterer Wasserprojekte wie z.B. die Fernleitung von Nyorrit zum Ortsteil Lemooti näher abgesprochen. In diesem Zusammenhang konnten auch mögliche Wege zur gemeinsamen Finanzierung wichtiger Brunnen- und Wasserprojekte auf dem Gemeindegebiet in Loiborsoit diskutiert werden. Seit Anfang Jahr laufen zudem Vorbereitungen bzw. Abklärungen zur Registration unseres Vereins auf nationaler Ebene. Zu diesem Zweck hat Lengai S. einige Verantwortliche aus unserem bestehenden Projekt-Aufsichtsgremium angefragt, uns bei der anstehenden Registrierung behilflich zu sein. Project planning with the district government
It is important to our association that, in addition to Lengai S. as the local project coordinator, board members also maintain personal contact with representatives of the district government wherever possible. For this reason, association president Markus H. visited the district government in Orkesumet, the main village of Simanjiro district, in March of this year. During this visit, the upcoming official inauguration of the new cistern at the well in Nyorrit by representatives of the district government and the planning of further water projects, such as the long-distance pipeline from Nyorrit to the Lemooti district, were discussed in more detail. In this context, possible ways of jointly financing important well and water projects on the municipal territory in Loiborsoit were also discussed. Preparations and clarifications for the registration of our association at national level have also been underway since the beginning of the year.
